Engineering and Performance Image
  • Built for control and precision Image

    DYNAMICS, CHASSIS & SUSPENSION

    Built for control and precision

A supercar with true hypercar performance. In collaboration with Aston Martin Performance Technologies, Valhalla’s carbon fibre monocoque is crafted for maximum stiffness providing a basis for the ultra-rigid aluminium front and rear subframes. Unwavering control with unerring precision.

  • Ground braking. Air braking. Image

    WHEELS AND BRAKES

    Ground braking. Air braking.

A supercar demands super braking. Valhalla delivers confidence through the progressive stopping power expected of a track car, yet the easy, responsive modulation demanded for everyday road driving. Integrated Power Braking (IPB) brings a new sense of commanding pedal control. 410mm carbon ceramic discs (CCB) on the front axle. 390mm on the rear. Drilled and ventilated for superior heat dispersal. The Brembo-manufactured, monobloc calipers bring racing pedigree and optimised stiffness. Ventilated piston inserts maximise thermal management. Cooling ducts offer uninterrupted airflow. All this means less brake fade. More confidence. Later braking.

  • Pure power Image

    ENGINE

    Pure power

One moment, blood-draining acceleration. The next, pulse-quickening performance. A 4.0 litre twin-turbo V8 combustion engine with hot ‘V’ configuration. The most powerful ever fitted to an Aston Martin. Utilising all-new, close-coupled, high flow, twin-scroll turbos and featuring a dry sump to lower the centre of gravity.

  • Valhalla, electrified Image

    TRANSMISSION AND POWERTRAIN

    Valhalla, electrified

Two front electric motors facilitate Torque Vectoring for improved traction and agility, provide a Torque Fill between gear shifts to eliminate turbo lag, as well as providing drive in EV mode. Unique and class leading technologies within our bespoke electric motors increase electrical efficiencies to optimise speed and torque. These motors also operate the electric reverse function, saving weight by eliminating the need for a reverse gear.

  • The power of balance Image

    HANDLING, STEERING AND BALANCE

    The power of balance

A first for Aston Martin, the cutting-edge Electric Drive Unit (EDU) comprises two independent electric motors facilitating Torque Vectoring across the front axle to improve steering precision and actively eliminate both oversteer and understeer. Intuitively shifting power laterally for later braking and better turn in, sensational mid-corner grip, and improved traction on exit.

  • Track-led aerodynamics Image

    AERODYNAMICS

    Track-led aerodynamics

Valhalla is designed to bring our Formula 1® philosophy and performance-led design to the roads with Active Aerodynamics. A new and unique active front wing, working together with a hydraulically activated active rear wing that rises from the bodywork in Race Mode. Capable of adjusting to deliver air braking, varying downforce and automatic drag reduction (DRS).

  • Aerodynamics, activated Image

    ACTIVE AERO

    Aerodynamics, activated

Hidden behind the traditional Aston Martin grille is the purposely engineered and innovative front wing that forms part of the active aerodynamics. In Race mode, the front and rear active aero wings come alive, constantly varying their attitude to optimise downforce and balance. Behind the front splitter, the underfloor is concave, creating low pressure to further enhance aerodynamic performance.

  • Formidable form and function Image

    CARBON FIBRE MONOCOQUE

    Formidable form and function

At Valhalla’s heart is a fully carbon fibre monocoque, developed in partnership with Aston Martin Performance Technologies. The lower tub is formed using RTM technology, the carbon upper structure creates a complete safety cell around the occupants. This is the lightweight, aerodynamic core of Valhalla, the platform for ultra-rigid aluminium subframes, Formula 1® influenced suspension and an all-wheel drive hybrid powertrain delivering 1,079PS.

  • High-speed agility. High-speed stability. Image

SIDE STRAKE, FRONT SPLITTER AND SILLS

    High-speed agility. High-speed stability.

Every aerodynamic feature of Valhalla is designed to maximise airflow and enhance dynamic performance and driver enjoyment. The seamless integration of the five vortex generators at the rear of the side skirt is taken directly from Formula One® chassis design – specially engineered to increase downforce in the midpoint of the car between its front-rear wings. Keeping Valhalla firmly on the road, and your mind unwaveringly on the racing line.

  • Breathtaking Image

    ROOF SCOOP AND SIDE ACCESS

    Breathtaking

Valhalla’s groundbreaking design showcases a Formula 1® informed roof snorkel, where fantastic form meets flowing function. Housed in a built-in channel within the lowered roofline, it funnels air to three critical systems: the turbochargers, the Air Charged Air Coolers (ACACs) and directly into the hot ‘V’ configuration within the V8 itself. Either side of the eye-striking roof snorkel, are two sculpted, aero-focused side access hatches, which open to reveal the fuel filler and charge port.

  • Engines, cooled Image

    COOLING AND HEAT MANAGEMENT

    Engines, cooled

The extensive cooling network addresses Valhalla’s heat management demands due to the colossal power generated. Formula 1® inspired door turning vanes and gills redirect airflow along the side of the sculpted carbon body and into the rear mounted oil coolers.

  • A moving masterpiece Image

    ERGONOMICS

    A moving masterpiece

Every aspect of Valhalla’s design ergonomics has been optimised for poise and performance. Stunning dihedral doors – a functional engineering masterpiece – pivot and swing effortlessly, to create the largest possible cabin opening. These doors allow graceful access to the F1® influenced seating position, the driver sat low within easy reach of all controls.

  • Podium Green Image

    Podium Green

Inspired by the racetrack. Seamlessly blending Podium Green and exposed carbon fibre, this exterior is paired with a performance focused interior and lime accents. A nod to our racing pedigree.

  • Exposed Carbon Fibre Image

    Exposed Carbon Fibre

A stealthy, dark and menacing allure. Finished in fully exposed carbon fibre. With the interior showcasing both dark gloss and satin tones to create subtle textural differences. A design that demonstrates pure power, speed and agility at every angle.

  • Spectral Silver Image

    Spectral Silver

Featuring Spectral Silver, a unique paint utilising SpectraFlair technology to create a captivating spectral and iridescent hue. Contrasted with blue highlights and a Cote d’Azure Blue interior makes this a perfect modern masterpiece for our most advanced supercar yet.
